REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you would like to return an item to Xuzast®, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return shipping label.
Simply follow these steps:

Let us know you would like a refund and which item you would like to return by one of the following methods:

Please note: We do not process return requests through phone calls or voice messages.
Once your request is received, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24–48 hours.
2. Ship Your Return
Place the item securely in a box or mailer and send it back using the prepaid return label provided by our customer support team.
3. Refund Processing
Once your package arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will begin processing your refund.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account
Please use the return shipping label supplied by Xuzast® to ensure your package is delivered to the correct warehouse location. We are not responsible for returns shipped to incorrect addresses without authorization.
Returned products will be fully inspected before a refund is approved. To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened and the original seal must remain fully intact.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
Xuzast® is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers online.
UNDELIVERED & REFUSED PACKAGES
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may choose one of the following options:

Receive a full refund for the products ordered

Have the package reshipped at no additional shipping cost
Please note: This policy does not apply to refused packages.
Refused Packages
We strongly recommend accepting your package and contacting us afterward for return assistance rather than refusing delivery.
If you refuse a package for reasons unrelated to visible shipping damage, a refund may only be issued once the package is successfully returned to our warehouse.
If you refuse delivery due to obvious shipping damage, you will not be charged return shipping or processing fees. Once the package is returned, we can either:

Refund your entire order, including shipping costs, or

Reship a replacement package at no additional charge
If you discover damaged or defective items after opening the package, you may still qualify for a refund or exchange. Examples include:

Broken product seals

Leaking products

Punctured or damaged packaging
In these cases, Xuzast® will provide a prepaid return label. We must receive the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
Please contact us immediately if you refuse a package so we can monitor the return shipment.
Important Notice
Refused packages can occasionally become lost during the return process. If a refused shipment does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
To ensure your return is properly tracked and processed, customers must use a return label generated directly by the Xuzast® customer support team.
